Shipping Policy

We pack & dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually, this is within the first 24 hours of receiving your order, if not sooner. Although, please bare in mind that this is not guaranteed & at busy/restock periods this can be 3/5 working days.

The Estimated Delivery Time Is From Your Dispatch Date, Not From The Order Date.

All orders are shipped out via a tracked service, you will receive email/SMS updates with your order status & tracking number.

You are responsible for putting the correct delivery address on your order.

BELGIUM SHIPPING

We ship via Bpost 48hour Tracked service (they aim to deliver within 1-2 days working)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, Dpd and etc.

You are responsible for any customs charges incurred. 

Not Received Your Parcel?

If you have not yet received your parcel, rest assured we are here to help you. We understand how frustrating it is when you are waiting for a parcel, but sometimes Bpost does experience delays that are out of our control. Although this rarely happens, in the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel please follow the steps below.

Firstly

  • Check the tracking information to find out where your parcel is.

If the status is ‘delivered’ & you have not received it, please then check with your neighbors & local sorting office before contacting us as it’s likely if you have not received it but the status is ‘delivered’ it will be with either of the above.

If you can’t locate your parcel from the shipping information provided then please read below…

  • Has it been 10 working days since your order dispatch date?

  • Have you checked that your shipping address is correct on your order?

If you have answered yes to both above questions, then please contact us via email blakelashes.eu@gmail-com including the following

  • Your Full Name

  • Your Delivery Address

  • Your Order Number

We can only reply to emails that meet the above criteria, please wait 10 working days to contact us regarding your parcel. After that period, if you still have not received your parcel we will contact Bpost to open a postage claim you will then be refunded or a replacement arranged if your claim has been successful. Please note we can not offer any reimbursements until we have the outcome of the Bpost investigation.
